oooh! nice shopping! like the boots and as for white liner, i ran out of my pencil one after 3years of use! I wanna try white liquid liner now ☆

OOh those boots are fabulous <3 i want them..
i think i had a similar white eyeliner pencil, but i found it too white for me when i used it for my eyes, and im tan.. maybe get a more beige-white instead of completely white? hopefully that will work for you<3
